- We will do our best to have your items shipped out as soon as possible. Please allow 1 week turnaround for orders to be both processed and shipped.
- We do package our bath bombs to withstand the shipping process, but if there are any issues with your order, please contact us via email.

- Items that have been damaged in transit are eligible for an exchange. If this occurs, please contact us by email, and we will send out a replacement right away.
